Finance Symposium

Registration for the Finance Symposium will open shortly. Please review the requirements and registration instructions below before registering:

You MUST be registered with the Finance Symposium by March 9th to participate.

  • Only one (1) person per company may register. That person may have a second company representative accompany them however, that person must be added at the time of registration.
  • Online Registration for One-on-One appointments will be updated in real time. When appointments are made, slots will appear as “Reserved.” Time periods that are still open, will appear as “Open.”
  • All reserved requests will be honored.
  • Each participant may have a maximum of Three (3) appointments.
  • Meetings are NOT transferable.
  • You will receive an email confirming your schedule. Please print out your schedule with the instructions by selecting “Print Schedule”.
  • The day of the event you must check in at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment or your appointment will be given to another firm waiting.
  • The day of the event there may be open appointments resulting from either late attendees or no shows. If you wish to meet with more than your three (3) scheduled financial institutions, you must request to be placed on the “Text Wait List” (TWL) and provide your mobile number. You will be notified of availability. Upon receipt of notification confirm by responding “Yes” within 10 minutes.

The financial representatives have requested that attendees bring the documents listed below. Although it is not mandatory, in order to have the most productive meeting it is highly recommended that you bring as many of the documents as possible. Please bring the most recent documents.
