Event Summary:
President Trump signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) into law in December 2017. The TCJA was supposed to simplify the tax code and lower taxes for corporations and individuals. While some rates were reduced, there are limitations and opportunities to be aware of.

What you will take away:
• Should your firm be organized as a C Corporation or pass-through entity?
• Understanding the new depreciation and accelerated expensing rules.
• Deductions, what should you know?
• What’s permanent? What’s temporary?
• Do you qualify Pass-through income deduction? What can you do if you don’t?
